I can't use password recovery option at User Area because i don't have access to the email address anylonger

In such situation submit an issue ticket with request of updating your email address at User Area along with providing us information allowing us to find your User Area account (email address is sufficient for that purpose). However we'd additionally require information that will verify the claim (confirm identity of the owner of claimed User Area account). Any of the following would suffice:

  • Serial number of any license you've owned
  • Postal address you used for any of your orders as billing / shipment (if license purchased at our online shop
  • Order number (if license purchased at our online shop)
