If you purchased D16's products at our online shop you need to be aware that we take advantage of the services of third party company - MyCommerce - The company realizes payments, does the accounting etc. for our online shop. Among the others they do take care about issuing invoices and receipts for end customers.
When payment for your order was processed and has been successfully finalized you will receive an email from MyCommerce confirming that fact along with invoice or receipt attached to the message. Please check out your inbox and look for the email and you'll find your invoice / receipt there.
