What's D16 refund policy?

Conditions

We approve refund requests for purchases made within 30 days under the following conditions:

  • The product has an unsolvable technical issue (e.g., a bug) that originates within the product itself.
  • The issue renders the product unusable (e.g., crashes or prevents normal operation).
  • All system requirements outlined on the product's page were met at the time of purchase (*).

Please note

  • This refund policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online shop. For purchases made through third-party dealers, please contact them directly to request a refund under their terms and conditions.
  • Sound Expansions are non-refundable.
