Follow these instructions to remove D16 plug-in from your Mac:
To proceed replace [plug-name] string occurences with the name of the plug-in you're about to remove in the instruction below.
Go to ~/Library/Application Support/D16 Group/
and remove the [plugin-name]
subfolder
'~' in the beginning means your user's home directory. Often the "/Library"
folder in
user's home directory is hidden and you won't see it normally in Finder.
If so, with Finder as the active application, click on the Go on top menu,
then holding the Shift (Option) key choose the Library
item and then continue browsing.
Go to [Macintosh HD]/Library/Application Support/D16 Group/
and remove the [plugin-name]
subfolder
Go To [Macintosh HD]/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST
and remove the [plugin-name].vst
file
Go To [Macintosh HD]/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
and remove the [plugin-name].vst
file if exists
Go To [Macintosh HD]/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
and remove the [plugin-name].component
file
Go To [Macintosh HD]/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/D16 Group
and remove the [plugin-name].aaxplugin
file
if exists.
Empty system Trash Can
The plug-in is now completely removed from your system.
