Short answer "No"
Both versions of Repeater plug-in uses different copy protection method (Slate's uses iLok, ours Online challange/response) and licensed separately, thus the licenses aren't interchangable. If you purchase Slate's version of Repeater you won't receive D16's version and vice versa.
