The right-click in MacOS nomenclature is called "Secondary Click". To enable right-click for your poiting device (either it's Magic Mouse or Touch Pad) you need to assign a gesture in System Settings -> Mouse to a "Secondary Click".
That way you will be able to access some of the functionality of the D16's plugins that's available only through mouse right-click (like parameter context menus)
