How to clean Pro Tools 11 and 12 cache on Windows

This article concerns Windows users only

  1. Go to following location on your system partition: Users\*Your System User Name*\AppData\Roaming\Avid

  2. Delete Pro Tools folder

Can't find AppData folder?

Click on the View tab, above Show/hide check Hidden Items.
