There are two main reasons:
Firewall, antivirus software, VPN, etc. is blocking our website and then you need to change its settings (e.g. by adding to whitelist) to alllow for an access.
You have the entry in your
file which redirects calls for http://userarea.d16.pl to your localhost.
Cracked versions of our plugins add this entry causing the future problems. You can comment line with redirection
# sign on the beginning of the line thus preventing from the redirects.
To be able to edit hosts file you need to use Notepad (or any other raw text editor) launched as Administrator.
You can also check if you can reach User Area from another device even mobile. If so it must be one of the reasons above.
