You can't use PunchBox to create your own commercial sample libraries if you use any factory presets or factory samples (even heavily processed). PunchBox'es EULA is quite restrictive in that regard because it forbids using factory presets and factory samples as well for anything but musical compositions. Quote:
The samples and presets constituting the Factory Content remain the property of Sounds of Revolution (Licensor) and are licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. All copying, duplicating, lending, renting, trading or reselling of Factory Content (also modified) is strictly prohibited. This product or any of the sounds on it cannot be uploaded to any database or server, or transferred to another user, or used in any competitive product. The right to use enclosed sounds and presets is granted to the original end-user of the product (Licensee). This license is non-exclusive and is granted to single-user only for the full period of copyright protection. The Licensee may modify the sounds and may use them within original musical compositions. Use of the Factory Content in multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. It means that including, using, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating or embedding any content from the Factory Content in any virtual instrument, audio sampling system, audio playback system or library of any kind, other than those provided or authorized by Licensor is prohibited and must be cleared with the Licensor prior to release.
PunchBox may be used for creating sounds for commercial sample library as long as presets are created from scratch and you use ONLY your own samples as sound source (it's possible to import sounds to PunchBox).
