On Windows, our plugins save things like your license information, settings, and presets in a specific folder on your computer:

C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Roaming/D16 Group/[pluginname]

In this path:

• [username] is your Windows user name
• [pluginname] is the name of the plugin you are using

The AppData folder is hidden by default on Windows, so you might not see it when browsing normally. The easiest way to open it is:

1. Open File Explorer

2. Click on the address bar at the top

3. Type %appdata%/D16 Group and press Enter

   

This will take you directly to the folder where our plugins store their files.

From there, open the [pluginname] folder to access or manage your plugin’s files (for example, to back them up or delete them).
