When you purchase a D16 product from our online shop, or from any authorized retailer, you receive a serial number
Serial numbers of D16 products are formatted as six blocks consisting of four alphanumeric characters each, separated by a minus sign. Like this:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
You need to keep in mind that when you receive serial number from your reseller or from our online shop. Be sure that any character isn't missing, or format of the serial number is correct. Otherwise you'll get the message that serial is unrecognized.
